Sanad Service Centers urged to issue electronic invoices before payment

Muscat : The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MoCIIp), has urged owners of Sanad Services Center to provide the beneficiary with an electronic invoice before payment of the transaction value, which clarifies the details of the service and the fees due.

The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion emphasises to all Sanad Services Center owners the necessity of issuing an electronic invoice to the beneficiary through the Sanad Centers portal and delivering it to them before collecting payment for any transaction.

The electronic invoice must include all transaction details and applicable fees, including Sanad Center service fees, in addition to government fees or fees charged by service providers.
