Over 3,000 kilos of drugs seized in Dhofar

Muscat: More than 3,000 kilograms of narcotic substances have been seized by the Directorate General for Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control, in cooperation with Dhofar Governorate Police.

Authorities arrested two Yemeni nationals on charges related to drug trafficking and drug use, according to the authorities.

The suspects were taken into custody following an operation that resulted in the seizure of the large quantity of narcotics. Legal procedures are being taken against the two individuals in accordance with Omani law.
