
Tunis: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by Royal Oman Police (ROP), participated in the proceedings of the 22nd Arab Conference of Heads of Traffic Agencies, held in the Republic of Tunisia.
The two-day conference was organised by the General Secretariat of the Arab Interior Ministers Council.
The conference, which concluded its activities today, addressed a number of topics related to enhancing joint cooperation. It reviewed the experiences of member states in utilizing modern technologies and innovative solutions for traffic control and reducing road accidents. This was alongside unifying the Arab awareness discourse on traffic safety and discussing the agenda of the Arab Traffic Week events.
The Royal Oman Police delegation was headed by Brigadier Eng. Ali Sulayem Al Fallahi, Director General of Traffic.
