Eight women arrested in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP), has arrested eight women for practicing acts contrary to public morals.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: "South Al-Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested eight women on charges of engaging in acts contrary to morals and public morals. Legal procedures are being completed against them."
