Quick Chickpea Laddoos
½ cup ghee
2 cups of chickpea flour
½ cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp mixed nuts powder ( cashew , almond and pistachio )
1 tsp cardamom powder
In a pan over medium heat, heat the ghee.
Add the chickpea flour. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the flour turns dark brown. Remove from the heat.
Stir in the sugar, mixed nut powder, and cardamom powder. Continue to mix until the sugar dissolves completely.
Divide the mixture equally into 12 small portions. Roll each into a small ball and serve at room temperature.
