Ingredients
1 cup tamarind soaked in warm water for 2 hours, drained
3-4 cups of water
2 cups jaggery powder
Ice, as needed
Preparation
In a food processor, blend the tamarind. Strain to remove the seeds. Transfer to a bowl.
Add in the water and sugar to this bowl, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves completely. Pour in glasses topped with ice.
Serve cold.
